Over more than 27 years of executive leadership in the Dominican Republic, he has held country-level and CEO responsibilities across major operating companies, building deep experience in strategy, governance, institutional leadership, and long-term value creation.

His trajectory has evolved from leading business operations to serving in board and strategic advisory roles across a diversified portfolio of companies in energy, infrastructure, mobility, technology, and telecommunications throughout the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

In parallel, Roberto has remained deeply engaged in the advancement of the business and institutional landscape of the Dominican Republic. His participation in leading business associations, including CONEP, AIRD, and AMCHAMDR, reflects a sustained commitment to innovation, organizational transformation, sustainability, and public-private dialogue.

His academic background includes an MSc in Business Economics from the University of Strathclyde as a Chevening alumni, an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the same institution.
