Advanced Analytics Manager

We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Advanced Analytics Manager to lead the end-to-end development of advanced analytics use cases, including data exploration, feature engineering, ETL/ELT processes, model development, validation, and deployment. Leverage machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems and enable proactive decision-making.

JOB PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Graduate-level studies in Data Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or an MBA with a strong quantitative concentration (preferred).

REQUIRED EXPERTISE:

  • Advanced proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Spark, and NoSQL technologies such as CQL or similar.

  • Strong understanding of cloud data engineering practices within Azure, AWS, or related platforms, including:

  • Data Pipeline Development

  • ETL/ELT architecture

  • Data Lake and Data Warehouse Administration

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.

  • Experience with Logic Apps, Power Automate or related automation platforms.

  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts is considered an advantage, particularly in supervised and unsupervised models and forecasting techniques.

  • Experience with LLM tools such as Claude Code or Open AI Codex is considered an advantage.

Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Business Intelligence Manager to oversee the design and delivery of BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and a single source of truth. Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide stakeholders with reliable insights into company performance and support informed decision-making.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE:

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, and NoSQL technologies such as CQL or similar.

  • Advanced experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.

  • Experience with R, Python and DAX (preferred).

  • Experience with Logic Apps, Power Automate or related automation platforms (preferred).

  • Experience with Data Governance best practices and standards.
